This apartment is absolutely mind-blowing! It has everything you need, from super stylish furniture to a jaw-dropping kitchen space. The location is out of this world, just a short walk from the beach and with trains and buses around the corner. Plus, the apartment has all the amenities you could possibly ask for, including Wi-Fi, a dryer, and top-notch cookware. And the cherry on top? No pets allowed and no smoking on site. This place is definitely the go-to spot for a fabulous stay in Scarborough. Thank you for an incredible experience!

The apartment at Empire 39 in Scarborough was fantastic! The bedroom was comfy and the living room had a big TV. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook my meals. It felt like a cozy home away from home.
Personally, I found the bathroom a bit small, but others might not mind.

I had such a great stay at this apartment! The location was excellent, with Scarborough Town centre, trains, and buses just around the corner. It was also just a short walk to South Bay beach. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and modern furnishings. The WiFi was reliable and the double bed was really comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!
The ventilation in the main living area was poor and there was a slight stale smoke smell.

Fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and fridge. During my stay at this apartment, I had the pleasure of cooking my favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. It felt like I was a master chef, effortlessly whipping up delicious dishes with the help of the modern appliances provided. Whether it was sautéing onions or baking a delectable dessert, the kitchen had it all.
Lack of instructions for cooker and washer. Although my overall experience was fantastic, it would have been helpful if there were clear instructions provided on how to use the cooker and washer.

The location was sick, super close to both the beach and Flamingo Land Theme Park, so we had non-stop fun all day long. The apartment itself was mega cool, with all the modern amenities, comfy beds, and a kitchen that made us feel like MasterChefs. Plus, the WiFi was insanely fast, so we could always stay connected and share our awesome adventures with the world. Best vacation EVER!
The only thing we wished for was a killer sound system for our epic party nights. We wanted to blast our favorite tunes and dance like crazy, but the speakers in the apartment were a bit weak.
